He is regarded for his “no short cuts” approach ensuring functional HVAC solutions with meticulous installation methods aligned to the client’s long-term objectives. His extensive knowledge of HVAC brands, their support systems, and application practicability is priceless with thousands of solutions sold and installed. He has consulted with several of Jamaica’s leading engineers on energy audits, design, and project supply. His past work involves projects coordination with Appliance Traders Limited supplying commercial equipment to Seprod, Spanish Court Hotel, and Digicel. Past General Manager at Gree Electrical Sales & Appliances ltd, utilizing Gree Brand in installations for New Era Homes, Hilton Hotel, Couples Resorts. Overseas HVAC work with Florida Home Improvement & Associates (FHA), and Sears Home Improvements. Sean has provided project management services to IVA communications LLC, USA for retrofit of energy management controls to leading hotels in the region. Sean was also a director of Leading Brands JA Ltd, agent for Hitachi and Klimaire air conditioners.
