Our journey
Our entry into the air condition business began 20 years ago supplying affordable split type air conditioners to the Jamaican market This decision was timely taking into consideration increasing global warming, and its effect on how air conditioners will play a greater role in providing comfort.
Leading Brands Jamaica Ltd was formed in 2003 representing Klimaire Products Inc, and Hitachi Air Condition with hundreds of solutions sold corporates, businesses, government, housing projects.
In furthering our strategic objectives Aleabra Brands Ltd (Aleabra) was later incorporated in 2015 for purposes of supplying Hisense VRF Type HVAC systems and building management solutions (BMS). Our product and services selection focuses on quality, aesthetics, and efficiency aligned with modern architectural designs, and health requirements.
As a distributor we have partnerships with and continuously support several air conditioning contractors/businesses with training and after sales supports, allowing them to provide the best solutions to their end users. Some of our contracting dealers include Duvall Refrigeration, Future Air Conditioning, Hallitech Solutions, and others. We also collaborate with building contractors and other HVAC suppliers on major projects with our consultation design services.
PROHVAC
PROHVAC is the contracting works division of ALEABRA and provides extensive professional cutting-edge services in Energy Audit, Heat load assessments, Design, Installation, and Maintenance of air conditioners. In fact, PROHVAC has earned its invaluable reputation as a professional, reliable contracting company given its track record of delivering several USD$ high value projects without any cost escalations.
MANAGEMENT
Aleabra’s founding director Sean Greaves, has gained invaluable experience since 2003 in the local and overseas HVAC industry in the procurement, design, sales, and management of Global HVAC brands such as Hitachi, Klimaire, Panasonic and Gree. He is regarded for his “no short cuts” approach ensuring functional HVAC solutions with meticulous installation methods aligned to the client’s long-term objectives. He has consulted with several of Jamaica’s leading engineers on projects. Before launching Aleabra, he has worked with several industry related companies including Appliance Traders Limited, Gree Electrical Sales & Appliances ltd, Florida Home Improvement & Associates (FHA), and Sears Home Improvements. Sean has also provided project management services to IVA communications LLC, USA for retrofit of energy management controls to leading hotels in the region.
Under his current dispensation as Managing Director, he has assembled and continues to develop a team of qualified technical experts with collectively well over 100 years of experience to provide professional expert air conditioning solutions to the Jamaica & Caribbean market.
