Our design allowed this project to overcome limitations of copper runs with mini splits by using VRF allowing  placement  of condensers on roof and in basement to preserve aesthetics, Fresh Air units, Ducted units and cassette evaporators connected to 20 condensing units and reducing the number of condensers from 112 to 43 allowing space on roof to accommodate Solar panels and other equipment the developer wanted to accommodate.
